About CORE on Substack

So what the heck is CORE.SHOW?

It’s our shiny new additional home for all things CORE — the podcast, extra videos, reviews, weird thoughts we have about games, and whatever else we’re cooking up. It lives on Substack, which makes it easy to read, listen, and comment — all in one place.

Wait, is Patreon going away?

Nope. Patreon stays exactly the same. If you’re happy there, awesome. Keep it rolling. We’ll keep posting the regular audio feed, ad-free versions, and everything else you’re used to.

So why add Substack at all?

Because it lets us do more. Think written posts, mini-reviews, bonus clips, dev interviews, behind-the-scenes notes — stuff that doesn’t always fit into the weekly show. And you can get it all in your inbox or the Substack app without chasing a dozen links.

Do I have to pay for it?

Nope. Most of it’s free. Paying just gets you extra perks — early looks, deeper dives, and some “members-only” nonsense we’ll inevitably come up with.

How do I sign up?

Easy: go to core.show, hit Subscribe, and pick free or paid. That’s it.

Does my Patreon login work there?

No — totally separate. Think of it as two roads leading to the same town. Pick whichever one you like driving on.

How often will new stuff show up?

We’ll post along with each CORE episode, and drop other updates when something’s too good (or too dumb) not to share.

Why “core.show”?

Because it’s short, memorable, and we like URLs that look good on a T-shirt.
