Here's the sitch’: Phil Spencer retired after 38 years at Microsoft, Sarah Bond departed, and Asha Sharma, a former Meta and Instacart exec who came to Microsoft in 2024 from the CoreAI division, is now CEO of Microsoft Gaming. Which of course includes Xbox.

Matt Booty was promoted to Chief Content Officer. Xbox co-founder Seamus Blackley is openly saying Xbox is being "sunsetted." Revenue dropped 10% last quarter.

I think that is the latest? There’s been a few rumblings since but that’s kinda where stuff is for all things Xbox right now.
